I find it easy enough to use - love the fact that you can simply click on the drop down options on the left and enter the details you need to enter and go to check / lodgement... makes it easy to be able to avoid the options that do not apply to you :) I use e-tax too and have done so for about 3 years now. Its really easy. Of course the reason I first used it was because I left my tax till the last minute and ended up with no alternative but to lodge electronically at about 11.30 pm on the deadline date.
